Role Overview
As a Sales Support / Sales Operations Specialist at Silent Push, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales operations across the EMEA and APJ regions. Based remotely in the EMEA region, you will ensure the efficiency and success of our sales efforts by managing data, streamlining processes, and providing actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable a high-performing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales processes, workflows, and automation within HubSpot to enhance team efficiency.
- Support the sales teams in the EMEA and APJ regions with tasks such as reporting, pipeline tracking, and account setup.
- Work with sales leadership to define, measure, and analyze key sales metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to integrate HubSpot and ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
- Coordinate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing sales operations processes and tools.
- Assist in onboarding training and support for the sales team members on HubSpot usage, best practices, and new features.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a B2B sales environment
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, including CRM management, sales automation, sales processes and reporting.
- Proven experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and creating insightful reports.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing multiple priorities that span multiple times zones across EMEA and APJ.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Familiarity with sales tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
