Meet the Team on this Journey 

Silent Push is seeking an Integrations Specialist to join our Product team. As a provider of premium cybersecurity threat intelligence, many of our customers receive and action on our data using integrations with operational cybersecurity platforms like Splunk. The Integrations Specialist will be tasked with leveraging their expertise in Splunk and other platforms to facilitate these workflows for our users and work with our internal teams to define the requirements needed to build out our integrations over time.

Your Responsibilities 

Serve as Subject Matter Expert on integration deployment and development, with a particular focus on Splunk and detection products

  • Work with internal development team and vendors to support integration development and updates
  • Develop workflows and other resources to help customers get the most value out of our data
  • Train customers on integrations and assist with their configuration and troubleshooting
  • Produce integration documentation
  • Advise Product team on integration development priorities

This position will report to the Head of Product.

Your Qualifications 

  • Ideal candidates will have worked in an operational cybersecurity role in a large enterprise
  • 3+ years experience using Splunk in an enterprise environment
  • Ideal candidates will have experience as an administrator of a Splunk environment
  • Experience using a wide range of cybersecurity products and integrations preferred
  • Basic Python scripting skills would be advantageous
