Your Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
The Events Sr. Coordinator/Manager is a remote position and located in the US, preferably on the east coast. Responsibilities include end-to-end industry event management for tradeshows, support for brand awareness industry events where we have a speaking session and lead or assist planning for field events including workshops. In some instances, you’ll attend the event and assist with set up and breakdown plus represent Silent Push within the booth. The senior coordinator/manager will work closely with marketing, sales, threat intelligence teams along with Silent Push executives. You’ll communicate with outside event managers and our sales team to receive the leads list to be uploaded within HubSpot.
This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to coordinate all event logistics independently and deliver succinct communications including “know before you go” slides
- Manage spreadsheets, track tasks, and confirm materials arrive on time (including onsite such as av/lead devices/monitors) and materials are safely returned back
- Deliver list of leads to marketing team members to add to campaigns and ensure follow up plans are communicated
- Research and identify venues for dinners or local workshops along with caterers
- Establish effective event management process including goal setting, tracking and feedback loop to evaluate event success
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure nothing is missed or late
- Resourceful with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver against the marketing and company goals as needed

Your Qualifications
- 3-5 year’s event management experience including sourcing vendors, managing budgets and shipping materials
- Superior planning and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines in multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APJ)
- Excellent multi-tasking skills managing multiple events at the same time
- Strong oral and written communication
- Comfortable in remote office and onsite
- Ability to work with other time zones
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or equivalent
- Start-up experience preferred
- Experience working within an industry or customer community is a plus
