Your Responsibilities
The Director of Demand Generation is a remote position and located in the US, preferably on the east coast. Responsibilities include leading all demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue goals. You’ll actively monitor targets, pipeline, sales stages, conversions and response rates. Working closely with ops, you’ll report and provide insights keeping leadership and teams informed. The Director will collaborate with product marketing and our threat intelligence team to deliver an effective content strategy. You’ll also coach and mentor team members for career development yielding high performance and growth.
This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to strategize across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APJ) to identify the most effective GTM mix including digital, field events, campaigns, webinars, and industry events that resonate across different verticals and regions
- Manage the DG budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize growth strategies
- Creative thinker to identify new ways to reach target audience
- Develop ongoing nurture and communications opportunities to accelerate and increase conversions throughout the sales stages
- Problem solver, cross functionally working with marketing ops, sales ops and sales to deliver measurable results
- Update MQL and SQL process to accurately track leads
- Inspirational leader creating a friendly, engaging and collaborative work environment where you don’t seek the spotlight
- Resourceful with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver against the marketing and company goals as needed

Your Qualifications
- 7-10+ years B2B demand gen leader with SaaS cybersecurity experience
- Proven track record of pipeline growth that demonstrates successful engagement with prospects through customer lifecycle
- Quick on your feet analytical mindset with data driven approach to decision making
- Excellent copywriting skills for campaigns, events and other assets or materials that resonate with our target audience leading to action
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot as your CRM, integrated sales support tech, lead attribution, and best practices in email marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital and performance marketing
- Ability to work with other time zones
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Start-up experience preferred
- Experience working within an industry or customer community is a plus
